Heat Treatment
This was the process where we having the bottle neck in our manufacturing. To solve these problems and to meet our customer requirements for delivery, we have increased the Heat treatment capacity more than 10 times. This facility includes;
- Fully automatic Sealed quench furnaces (electrical heated) with complete atmospheric control.
- Fully automatic Mesh Belt continues furnaces (electrical heated) with complete atmospheric control.
- Quenching and tempering
- Solution heat treatment
- Normalizing
- Age hardening
- Tempering
